At the Embrach location, you can expect a varied role where you and your team ensure reliable supply daily. You take responsibility for logistics and the driving service, stay close to operational activities, and actively shape processes. You contribute your ideas and help continuously improve and further develop processes.

You benefit from regular working hours from Monday to Friday with very rare weekend shifts.

• Professional and personnel management of employees in the areas of material management and driving service
• Operational work and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Optimization and further development of processes related to inventory management
• Participation in supply projects with a focus on digitalization
• Planning of personnel and material transports as well as responsibility for the operational safety of the vehicle fleet
• Cross-departmental collaboration and maintenance of supplier contacts

• Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ or a technical apprenticeship
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in logistics, ideally in healthcare
• Further training in logistics, for example as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle for cross-location assignments
• Very good administrative skills and proficient use of common MS Office programs
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as a service-oriented, organized, and assertive personality

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two nursing centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three nursing apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
