As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you ensure the stable operation and further development of our Workspace Application Services for Swisscom and our customers together with the team. You resolve disruptions with the support of the team and learn to automate processes. In the agile environment, you gradually take on more responsibility and maintain close communication with the customers. Together, we promote modern working methods and focus on a learning culture and collaboration.

• Operation, monitoring and improvement of Workspace Application Services within the team, with gradual responsibility for defined components
• 3rd level incident and problem management; central contact person in operations
• Participation in the allocation of customer requests in operations
• Building pipelines and automating deployments, configurations and processes
• Implementation of service and change requests in close collaboration with the customers

Your skills

• Degree (ETH/University/FH/HF) in Computer Science/Business Informatics or equivalent practical experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and Windows; certifications are an advantage
• Initial experience in IT support and direct contact with customers
• Interest in monitoring and logging as well as automation in operations
• Independent, structured, reliable and communicative
• Enjoyment of teamwork and strong customer orientation
• Curious and eager to learn in an agile environment
• Very good German and good English; French is an advantage
