For our Zurich location, we are looking for a committed, strong leadership personality as School Management Basic Education Zurich, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Challenge

• Overall responsibility for the operational school operations of basic education at the Zurich location
• Personnel, organisational and professional management of directly subordinate employees
• Ensuring smooth, high-quality and economically viable school operations
• Planning and coordination of school year processes, timetables, examinations, teacher assignments and class organisation
• Close cooperation with the Basic Education School Operations Coordinator, the overall school management and other internal interfaces
• Further development of processes, structures and responsibilities
• Responsibility for quality development as well as compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Maintenance and expansion of cooperation with learners, parents, teachers, internship companies, authorities and other partners
• Overall responsibility for the internship system at the Zurich location

Your Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in vocational education, ideally at an established educational institution
• Sound knowledge of pedagogy and didactics as well as teaching experience in vocational education
• Very good understanding of school processes, organisation and quality assurance
• Experience in project management and in managing complex stakeholder groups
• High affinity for business and IT
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Structured, solution-oriented and networked way of working
• High social competence, decisiveness and reliability
