WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
- Together with the deputy branch manager, you are responsible for your JYSK branch.
- You lead and coach your team to optimally prepare the branch for sales and customers, according to our JYSK Leadership values
- You analyze key figures, set goals and motivate your team accordingly
- You implement store concepts and routines
- You recruit, onboard new colleagues and further develop the existing team

- You have experience in leading and developing a team, ideally in retail or similar industries
