For our Logistics Department, we are looking for a motivated leader to start immediately or by arrangement. You can expect a varied role in an exciting and interesting environment.
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for warehouse logistics, facility management, and vehicle fleet, including ensuring efficient and reliable operations
- Professional and personnel management of employees as well as responsibility for budget planning, cost control, and invoice approval
- Responsibility for operational procurement including demand planning, offer comparison, and order processing, as well as further development and documentation of logistics, procurement, and operational processes
- Planning, controlling, and implementing projects within your area of responsibility, as well as providing professional support in the development of political policy documents
- Responsibility for safety-relevant areas and procedures, including occupational safety and health protection, as well as planning and coordinating safety measures at major events
Your Profile
- Completed training or further education in the technical or logistical field
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in facility management, logistics, and materials management
- Training in occupational safety and health protection as well as as a safety specialist for fire protection or willingness to complete this training
- Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
- Organised and independent personality with a strong cost awareness, good IT user skills, and enthusiasm for process optimisation
