Brief & Concise

• Completed training in the hotel/catering industry or several years of experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
• Language skills: Very good English is required; any additional language is an advantage
• Excellent professional knowledge and strong service orientation
• Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanour
• Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure even in stressful situations
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

Main Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to our international guests
• Build relationships with guests and respond to special requests
• Offer competent advice on food and beverages at the highest level
• Ensure that all food and drinks meet quality standards
• Prepare and maintain elegant table settings
• Work effectively with the kitchen
• Take responsibility for the preparation, cleanliness, and follow-up of service areas
• Ensure smooth operations within the team
• Actively contribute to creating an unforgettable guest experience
