In your role, you ensure the professional care of our additionally insured patients in non-nursing matters (from admission to discharge). You act as a host and as a link between the patients, nursing staff, nutritional counseling, and the kitchen, always considering a professional service attitude.

How to become part of our team
- Experience in customer service in the restaurant industry, ideally with completed training in gastronomy or housekeeping
- Passion for hosting guests and interest in patients' concerns
- High service commitment, quick comprehension, resilience, and reliability
- Neat appearance
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
- Work model: early or late shift with 6.5 hours each / work on 2 weekends per month / 7-day operation
