About the job
Building Technician HVAC 100%- Operation and monitoring of technical systems
- Conducting control and inspection rounds on technical systems as well as in the buildings
- Documenting defects and carrying out necessary measures to remedy defects
- Planning and performing required inspections on technical systems
- Creating, maintaining and updating building and system documentation
- Performing first interventions and fault analyses
- Obtaining quotes from third-party providers and accompanying them
- Completed apprenticeship in the technical field
- Connection permit Art. 15 NIV advantageous
- Professional experience in a similar role within a demanding customer segment
- Solid IT user skills
- Flexibility and resilience with good organisational skills
- Willingness to work on-call duty
- Driving licence (Cat. B) mandatory
