Assistant Shift Supervisor (2-Shift)

Your Tasks

• Co-responsibility for leading the shift team in the absence of the deputy shift supervisor
• Assistance with order processing (scheduling, planning, controlling) according to specifications
• Performing first-piece and self-inspections according to inspection plans/specifications
• Operating the packaging system
• Repairing machines and their peripherals according to specifications
• Handling irregularities (machine malfunctions, etc.) and reporting to supervisors and specialists

Your Profile

• Production experience and technical aptitude
• Very good oral and written German skills
• High level of reliability, quality awareness, and communication skills
• Good basic PC skills required
• Willingness to work 2-shift (early and late) is a prerequisite
