Technical Clerk Network Services (all)

Do you want to take responsibility and support reliable network operations with your work? In this versatile role, you coordinate technical services, ensure smooth processes, and are an important contact person for internal and external customers.

Your area of responsibility

• You coordinate service deliveries for customer installations and ensure that orders are recorded and processed on time in the relevant systems
• You carefully prepare offers, contract documents, and invoices, supporting smooth customer service
• You assist project managers with administrative tasks in daily business
• You competently and solution-orientedly answer customer enquiries about contracts, invoices, services, or processing status
• You maintain contract, project, and customer data in various ICT systems and contribute to high data quality
• You evaluate inspection results, prepare reports, and support the planning of further maintenance measures

Your profile

• You have completed a vocational training in commercial, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• You enjoy contact with customers and present yourself in a friendly and reliable manner
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally also have spoken French skills
• You quickly familiarise yourself with new ICT systems and work confidently with digital applications; SAP PM or Dynamics 365 CRM are advantageous
• You are characterised by a careful and structured way of working as well as a high awareness of quality
• Openness, honesty, and collegial cooperation are natural to you and you enjoy working in a team
