Working days: Monday to Friday - flexible during office hours

Your tasks

• You coach case-leading colleagues in nursing process management and in complex care situations (approx. 10%)
• You take over case management and care organisation of your clients
• Together with the team management and quality management, you develop the psychiatry department based on evidence
• You conduct internal training on specialist topics
• You actively contribute to interdisciplinary projects and strengthen multiprofessional collaboration.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Psychiatry or several years of experience as a specialist with proven performance record
• You bring Spitex experience or several years of professional experience in the psychiatric field
• You are characterised by a constructive mindset with a high solution orientation and enthusiasm for innovation
• You communicate clearly, empathetically and on an equal footing
• You hold a driving licence category B
