Tasks

• Operation and setup of CNC turning machines

  
  

• Manufacture of precision parts according to technical drawings

  
  

• Programming and adjustment of CNC programmes

  
  

• Monitoring the manufacturing process and ensuring quality

  
  

• Carrying out dimensional checks and quality inspections of the produced workpieces

  
  

• Maintenance and care of machines and tools used

  
  

• Optimisation of manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency

  
  

• Documentation of production data and work processes

  
  

Requirements

• Completed training in metalworking, e.g. as a polymechanic, cutting machine operator or comparable training

  
  

• Experience with CNC turning machines is an advantage

  
  

• Knowledge of reading technical drawings

  
  

• Accuracy and quality awareness

  
  

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

  
  

• Independent and careful working style

  
  

• Teamwork and reliability

  
  

• Willingness to work shifts
