HR Project Manager, 80% to 100%
In this role, you will work closely with local HR, the parent company USZ, and external service providers, driving the necessary changes with initiative and foresight. You will report directly to the CFO.
The following tasks will be assigned to you:
· Analysis & optimization of existing HR processes and systems in recruitment, employee management, development, and compensation
· Responsibility for leading and implementing HR projects as well as stakeholder management
· Creating project plans, meaningful reports, and decision-making bases for management
· Active and regular information and communication with your stakeholders, especially HR and finance departments
As our ideal candidate, you have:
· Solid, several years of experience in HR (project) management, ideally in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry
· Basic training with further education in HR (e.g., HR manager) or a degree with an HR focus
· IT affinity and experience with HR IT systems, especially SAP
· An analytical, structured, and process-oriented way of thinking and working, a pronounced hands-on mentality, and high personal responsibility
· Convincing and pronounced communication and consulting skills and a confident demeanor
· Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (mandatory)
