What to expect
- Support in the analysis, conception, and implementation of complex projects in the field of Java-based server and web solutions
- Implementation of customer requirements within Java projects - from solution design through unit testing to deployment of components
- Collaboration on technical solution concepts as well as handling consulting mandates in the Java environment
- Design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines
What you bring
- (Technical) university degree at FH/UNI level
- Several years of experience in implementing Java/Spring Boot-based solutions using REST, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Several years of experience with common development tools (Git, Maven, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage)
- Experience in applying best practices in software development (including unit testing, test-driven development, process models such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Ideally knowledge of web technologies such as Angular and React is desired
- Analytical thinking skills and good communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel in the Greater Bern area
