Shift Worker Powder Coating (a)

Your Tasks

• Independently coating metal parts according to specifications
• Hanging and removing the material and sorting it into transport trolleys
• Proper operation and monitoring of the coating system
• Participation in all process steps in powder coating
• Carrying out quality checks regarding coating thickness, cleanliness, and any possible damage

Your Profile

• Completed basic training as an industrial painter and/or several years of experience in powder coating
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Quick comprehension, structured approach, and assertiveness
• High commitment and flexibility as well as teamwork skills
• Calm personality even in hectic situations
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a positive work attitude
