About the job
Your Tasks
With your commitment, you ensure that our residents and guests feel comfortable in a clean and well-maintained environment. You support our housekeeping team with maintenance, interim, and deep cleaning, ensuring careful and hygienic execution of the tasks. Another important part of your role is providing service during meals in the residential groups.
You work independently and reliably, keep an overview even in busy situations, and support your team colleagues wherever your help is needed. With your friendly and attentive manner, you contribute to a pleasant atmosphere and treat our residents with respect and appreciation. You work early shifts or with room hours (until max. 19:24) and usually have two weekends off per month. Your workplace is in Bern-Bethlehem until the end of April 2027 and from May 2027, due to a replacement new build, for about a year at our temporary location Steingrüebli in Ostermundigen before we return to Bern-Bethlehem.
Your Profile
• Experience in hospitality and housekeeping
• Qualification as a housekeeper EFZ is an advantage
• Good German language skills
• Efficient and careful working style
