Tasks
You will complete an individual trainee programme and participate in specialist and management training with the aim of taking on the role of Managing Director.
During this time, you will actively work in all departments of the sales outlet. You will learn how our employees can be supported and developed and
inspire our demanding customers with your courteous and competent advice. You will also learn how to ensure optimal stock management and an attractive shop appearance.
Personnel deployment planning including cost control as well as branch administration are also part of your daily tasks.

Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail or equivalent professional experience in sales
- Management experience is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility
- Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance
- High willingness to perform and resilience as well as affinity for systems
- Ambition, commitment and willingness to engage for our common goals
- Flexibility regarding working hours
