registered nurse as deputy ward manager, 70-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are jointly responsible for the organisation and management of a ward with approx. 20 beds and 15 employees
• in doing so, you actively participate in the implementation of the care and support concept
• you are also actively involved in care and support and participate in projects
• furthermore, you take on the professional execution of preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical prescription
• you participate in the entire care process based on the key worker concept, including documentation in Easydok according to RAI criteria
• occasionally, you bear the medical professional responsibility at weekends as deputy residential area manager
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 70 and 100%

requirements

• you have completed training as a registered nurse HF / FH or registered male nurse HF / FH
• for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required
• in addition, you bring expertise in kinaesthetics, RAI and palliative care
• good organisational and planning skills are important for this role
