Painter – Project Manager with Leadership Skills

Tasks

Acquisition and independent handling of painting projects
Leadership and professional development of the team as well as junior staff
Organisation of construction site processes including material planning
Preparation of quotations and construction billing
Maintenance of existing customer relationships and expansion of the network

Requirements

Qualification as a painter EFZ
Further training in the painting sector such as site manager or project manager for paint
Strong sense for the development of colour concepts
Pronounced leadership skills and organisational talent
Entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer orientation and driving licence class B
