Specialist: Medication Special Cases, 80–100 %
What to expect
- You independently handle medication cases outside the specialty list and service cases in all areas of social health insurance.
- You communicate with service providers and insured persons in writing and by phone.
- You conduct negotiations with service providers and manufacturers.
- Retrospective claims complete your range of tasks.
- Additionally, you participate in projects within the Service Audit team.
What you bring
- You have completed training as a medical practice assistant, pharmaceutical assistant, or equivalent and have gained several years of professional experience in this field.
- You have already gained professional experience in the claims processing of social health insurance and/or possess in-depth expertise in the service area (preferably Art. 71a-d KVV). This is a mandatory requirement.
- As a assertive person, you are able to communicate individually both orally and in writing. Your working style is precise and efficient.
- Furthermore, you have good French skills (at least level B2) and are willing to use them.
