For the AHV/IV Supplementary Benefits team, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement
YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE ARE:
- Processing applications for AHV/IV supplementary benefits
- Clarifying complex financial and social insurance matters
- Maintaining telephone and personal contact with clients
- Ensuring expert information and advice
- Billing for health and disability costs
- Reviewing periodic ongoing benefit cases
YOUR PROFILE FITS EXCELLENTLY IF YOU:
- Have a commercial education with professional experience and further training in the field of AHV/IV supplementary benefits
- Possess knowledge of relevant legal and financial matters and the flair to communicate issues appropriately to the target audience
- Act with your professional and social skills and contribute confidently to a positive team spirit even in demanding situations
- Have user knowledge of Word/Excel and ideally are also familiar with the specialist application "ZLPro"
