Your tasks
- Active customer care and related activities (e.g. customer visits, conducting business profile updates, etc.)
- Taking over an existing client portfolio
- Processing customer enquiries from domestic and international clients (including by phone, email, in customer meetings) and onboarding new clients involving various internal stakeholders
- Direct and personal contact with various financial intermediaries (trustees, asset managers, lawyers, family offices, etc.)
- Participation in various, partly cross-departmental and exciting projects
Your profile
- Completed banking training and/or higher education with a focus on finance/business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in customer care in the banking and fiduciary sector
- Experience with KYC processes and AML
- Further training in compliance or fiduciary services is an advantage
- Independent, communicative, proactive and team-oriented personality with a strong customer focus
- Very good German and good English skills (level B1/B2)

Your first six months with us
In the first days, you will get to know the department with its various areas of responsibility. Your colleagues will explain the processes and ways of working to you. The induction takes place within the team, where you will be directly integrated and get to know the daily business. Depending on your professional experience, you can take on your first tasks independently in a timely manner, with the entire team always at your side to support you. In addition, you will gain insights into other departments within the bank to better understand and internalise collaboration and processes.
