Your tasks with your new employer
- You closely support the general management of several subsidiaries by providing a strategic and analytical perspective on overall financial management and economic performance
- You utilise complex financial data from various sources and develop detailed analyses to formulate concrete, results-oriented recommendations
- You monitor and validate client project controlling by actively collaborating with management and participating in the financial evaluation of current and upcoming projects
- You manage budgetary processes and participate in the preparation of periodic closures while producing reliable reports for the group management
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes by sharing your ideas and taking part in stimulating cross-functional projects
You offer your new employer
- You have a higher education in business administration or a diploma in finance and accounting complemented by a specialisation in controlling or equivalent expertise
- You have several years of initial experience in management control and ideally exposure to projects in technical fields
- You are fluent in French and possess excellent oral and written German skills to operate in a bilingual environment
- You are proficient in Excel as well as decision-making tools such as Power BI or Tableau and adapt quickly to complex data systems or similar ERPs
- You are recognised for your interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to communicate with impact while demonstrating rigour and curiosity
