Technical Clerk / Technical Clerk PV & Electrical

Volt, ampere and watt are not foreign words to you? You like to organise, think along and are interested in technology, photovoltaics and renewable energies? Then a versatile role awaits you in Gwatt near Thun in the beautiful Bernese Oberland between administration, technology and projects.
These are the tasks
- Support of the project management team in the handling of PV and electrical projects
- Coordination of appointments, documents, pending matters and project processes
- Processing and monitoring of notification and approval procedures, especially with network operators and Pronovo
- Preparation of installation notifications, SINA, funding applications and other project documentation
- Telephone and written contact with customers, authorities and other project partners
- Maintenance of master data, data controlling and digital project filing
- Compilation and checking of technical documents, plans, protocols and final documentation
- Depending on training and interest, involvement in technical planning and project design
- Support in AVOR, order and construction site preparation
These are your skills and strengths
- Commercial training or equivalent professional experience – ideally complemented by a technical background
- Good technical understanding and interest in photovoltaics, electrical engineering and renewable energies
- Confident handling of MS Office; ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
- You work in a structured, reliable and precise manner and keep an overview
- Enjoy working with project managers, fitters and customers
- Communicative, down-to-earth and team-oriented personality
- You like to get involved, think ahead and feel comfortable in a practical environment
