Role:
In this role, you actively shape the next generation of logistics at the interface of logistics and technology. You take on the specialist responsibility for project management and logistics controlling and ensure that processes are managed transparently, efficiently and purposefully. You analyse complex data, derive decision-relevant insights and develop measures for continuous optimisation. You are responsible for coordinating and prioritising projects in the logistics area and ensure a structured, methodical implementation. In a dynamic environment, you work closely with various stakeholders and contribute significantly with your experience to the further development of logistical control and controlling instruments.
Responsibilities:
- You lead the projects/controlling team both professionally and personally
- You drive complex logistics and IT projects forward and further develop our logistics and information systems
- You develop and implement new business processes and use data as a sound basis for decision-making
- You support the design and planning of efficient material flows throughout logistics
- You manage the project portfolio of the logistics/IT directorate and are responsible for controlling, budgeting and financial planning
- In this role, you act as a central interface and successfully bring together logistics, IT and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in business informatics with further training in supply chain management or higher logistics education with IT further training
- Several years of professional experience in logistics automation, industrial plants and warehouse management, ideally with SAP knowledge
- Several years of leadership experience, with which you motivate your team and consistently pursue common goals
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Solid IT know-how that enables you to successfully plan and implement complex projects
- Strong understanding of the interplay between logistics, technology and processes as well as a structured, analytical and pragmatic working style
