In our Cargo Logistics Centre Basel, you are part of a 130-strong family. Near Basel SBB station, you will find generous infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.
Your tasks
- Billing of container handling, special services, and warehouse handling
- Processing of invoice complaints
- Clearing open item lists
- Providing price information (daily and special prices)
- Controlling daily and special prices
- Creating and filing offers
- Maintaining customer files in the CRM
- Supporting the sales manager
- Processing customer enquiries in Salesforce
- Supporting Spedi-Desk / shipment entry / URD
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the logistics or transport sector
- Experience in internal sales or a comparable administrative role
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with CRM systems, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Numerical flair and organisational skills
- Customer-oriented thinking and friendly demeanour
- Fluent German and French skills (at least level C1) in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
