Your tasks

• Ensuring the smooth operation and proper maintenance of the cross-site IT infrastructure (On-Premise and Cloud)
  
• Planning, controlling, and supporting projects in the area of IT infrastructure as well as continuous further development of existing systems
  
• Analyzing disruptions and problems, developing suitable solution concepts, and implementing measures
  
• Responsibility for coordination and efficient collaboration with external partners and service providers
  
• Participation in strategic IT initiatives and support in their implementation in operational practice

Your profile

• Completed training as a computer scientist (EFZ) and/or higher education with a focus on IT or comparable qualification 
  
• Several years of practical experience in the lifecycle management of highly available virtualization environments (VMware) and the associated subsystems (Backup/Storage/Monitoring) in the enterprise environment is desirable
  
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (including Exchange Online), Microsoft Entra ID, and ideally with Azure Services
  
• Linux knowledge (RHEL) and experience with container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes/AKS) are desirable
  
• Knowledge in the operation of highly available MS SQL installations (AlwaysOn HA) is an advantage
  
• Ideally, experience in monitoring & logging heterogeneous system landscapes with appropriate tools (Elastic, Kibana, PRTG)
  
• Strong independence as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
  
• Very good German skills and English skills at B1/B2 level

Your first six months with us

In the first six months, you will be gradually introduced to our online banking systems, subsystems, interfaces, and support processes. You will get to know internal processes, tools, and contact persons and gradually take on your first tasks in specification, testing, and handling technical inquiries.
