Your tasks:

• Working at the cash register, buffet, and bar.
• Ensuring an appealing sales and dining area.
• Preparing the restaurant.
• Competent handling of complaints and special requests from guests, even when challenging.
• Actively contributing improvements.
• Performing the daily accounting.

Your profile:

• Strong stress resistance and ability to act calmly and thoughtfully in hectic times.
• Fluent German language skills in speech.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy to appropriately address guests even in difficult situations.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of quality.
• Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Foreign language skills are an advantage.
