Team Leader Shift Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You lead a team of shift mechanics and ensure smooth production operations around the clock. You coordinate maintenance and repair work on machines and equipment during shift operations. You are the contact person for your team regarding technical questions and support with complex malfunctions. You plan the deployment of your employees and ensure the availability of the equipment. You work closely with production management and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or comparable

• Several years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally in shift work

• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take responsibility for a team

• Technical understanding and manual skills

• Organisational talent and assertiveness

• Team spirit and strong communication skills

• Willingness to work shifts
