Main missions

• As the person responsible for the main banking application, Finnova, you ensure its availability, maintenance, and evolution.
• Coordinate the activities of other Application Managers and external partners (Finnova AG, Swisscom, Ofisa) regularly (weekly and monthly).
• Manage incidents and change (ITIL) and the operational resilience plan and provide support to Application Managers.
• Lead application management processes, budgets, licenses, and audits.
• Plan Finnova releases and other banking applications and validate production deployment or not after testing.
• Actively participate in strategic projects related to the application domain.

Your profile

• Higher education in computer science completed in Switzerland.
• Significant experience of at least 3 years in managing banking applications, ideally with Finnova.
• Excellent skills in coordination, incident management, and change management.
• Comfortable with tracking tools (JIRA, dashboards, KPI).
• Good communication skills, analytical mind, and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in German in a professional context regularly to defend ideas and give opinions. (Minimum B2)
