ABOUT US
With our services, we care for over 400 clients daily. Our goal is a high-quality outpatient hospital care under the motto "Help for self-help" – individual, respectful and on equal footing.
We now work in small care teams (2–3 people) and specifically strengthen the psychiatry department.
OUR OPEN POSITION
Dipl. Psychiatric Nurse HF/FH with Case Management (50-60%)
YOUR TASKS
As the nurse responsible for the case, you will accompany clients holistically from admission to discharge.
- Assessment of the need for psychiatric treatment, basic care and on-site support
- Coordination and organisation of care in collaboration with your team, doctors and other specialist agencies
- Instruction, coaching and advice for team members and relatives
- Varied activity between direct care and administrative work
- Active promotion of self-determination, individuality and well-being of clients
WHAT YOU BRING

- Motivation to take responsibility and contribute your own ideas
- Interest in personal and professional development
- Positive attitude towards digitalisation in healthcare
- Confident use of MS Office programmes
- At least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing
