The Grants Office St.Gallen is part of the Prorectorate for Research & Faculty (PRF) and supports researchers at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), the St.Gallen University of Teacher Education (PHSG), and the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences (OST). We accompany researchers throughout the entire project cycle: We assist in finding suitable funding instruments, in the preparation and submission of applications, as well as in the administration of awarded research funds.
Your Tasks
1) Support in communication activities of the Grants Office St.Gallen:
- Sending monthly Grants Office St.Gallen newsletters to researchers from HSG, PHSG, and OST;
- Maintaining the funding database with the competitively acquired research projects from HSG/PHSG/OST;
- Maintaining the intranet and internet presence as well as the Funding Finder.
2) Support for the office of the Research Commission in the preparation and follow-up of resolutions, meeting organization, financial and legal clarifications, reporting, as well as support in the administrative handling of ongoing business.
Your Profile
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- IT skills (Microsoft including SharePoint and CMS TYPO3)
- Flexibility and organizational talent
