Favre SA is a family business with 170 employees. It operates in the fields of building technology, reinforcing and merchant steels, hardware, and tools. To strengthen its teams, it is looking for a:

Logistics Manager 100% (M/F)

Your mission:

• Organise and optimise internal and external logistics flows to ensure the availability of goods, respect deadlines, and maintain service quality.
• Ensure the receipt, storage, and monitoring of goods, as well as the management of replenishment orders.
• Implement and maintain a reliable inventory system, analyse discrepancies, and guarantee traceability of stock movements.
• Optimise stock levels and procurement processes in a continuous improvement approach.
• Manage customer returns and complaints in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• Supervise and support the logistics team, organise work distribution, and ensure skills development.
• Ensure effective coordination with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and raise team awareness of best practices.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a logistician and have at least 3 years of experience in logistics.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of construction tools and site equipment.
• You are proficient with IT tools and comfortable with stock and inventory management.
• You have the ability to lead a team and coordinate daily activities.
• Meticulous and organised, you demonstrate proactivity, diplomacy, and good stress resistance.
• You are fluent in French.
