Service Technician Security Technology m/f

The Company

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a technically skilled and independent individual for an established company in the electronic security sector. The company develops and operates modern security solutions throughout Switzerland in the areas of burglary protection, video surveillance, and access control. The services range from planning through installation to maintenance and support of complex systems. Quality, reliability, and a high standard of service and customer satisfaction are central.

To strengthen the team on the left shore of Lake Zurich, we are seeking immediately or by arrangement a committed professional as Service Technician Maintenance & Support.

Your Tasks

• Independent planning and execution of maintenance work on security systems (intruder alarm systems, video surveillance, access control)
• Analysis and resolution of faults as well as ensuring smooth operation of the systems
• Second-level support (by phone and remote) for customers and internal departments
• Planning and coordination of assignments in consultation with customers
• Maintenance and updating of system data and documentation
• Support in related areas such as installation, upkeep, and administration

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training, for example as an electrician, assembly electrician, or comparable
• Driving licence category B
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Teams or SharePoint advantageous)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional national language or English advantageous
• Friendly and professional manner in customer contact
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
• High sense of responsibility and impeccable reputation
• Neat appearance and enthusiasm for technical solutions
