CNC Milling Machine Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operation of CNC milling machines of various types (3-axis vertical, 5-axis vertical as well as 4- and 5-axis horizontal) with common controls such as Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc

• Independent setup and adjustment of machines for repeat orders, including preparation of fixtures and tools

• Running in programmes without own programming tasks

• Execution of production orders independently

• Quality control through self-inspection of manufactured workpieces

• Work in a 2-shift system

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable qualification

• Extensive professional experience in CNC milling over several years

• Ideally knowledge of handling Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc controls

• Practical experience in operating several machines simultaneously

• Confident German language skills, spoken and written

• Strong ability to work independently and responsibly

• Strong awareness of quality and precision

• High reliability and commitment
