Deputy Head of Nursing Department (m/f/d) 50 - 60%
Your Tasks
- Together with the nursing and medical department management, you are responsible for the Sarnen clinic
- You take on a leadership role in the further development of our services
- You lead and coach two ward managers and share responsibility for about 40 nursing staff
- You know how to create a working environment in which high nursing quality and good interprofessional collaboration are ensured
- You lead projects or participate in them
Your Profile
- Nursing diploma training in psychiatry and further education in management
- Leadership experience at ward management level or similar
- Experience in acute psychiatry and home treatment is an advantage
- Initiative, communicative, structured personality with a lot of drive and desire to take responsibility
- Knowledge of economic aspects
- Very good organizational skills
- Team player
