The range of services extends from product-neutral IAM strategy consulting to the technical architecture and implementation of modern access and governance systems, as well as Managed Services (On-Premise and Cloud). How you create added value

• Requirements engineering, planning, conception and implementation of customer-specific solutions
• Consulting our clients on architecture, conception and implementation topics
• Building, managing and supervising a junior regarding their activities, know-how, reporting and billability
• Integration and adaptation of additional solution components. Depending on the client, project and technical focus: taking on project management or sub-project management, implementation, testing and integration of solutions or leading the Managed Service team
• Assisting in the preparation of offers and in acquiring new clients
• Writing documentation
• Knowledge exchange within the team

What makes you the ideal candidate

• Basic training in computer science, further education (FH/UNI/ETH) advantageous
• Solid experience (at least 3 years) in IAM areas such as: Identity Management, Access Management and Single Sign-On (SSO), Provisioning, Zero-Trust Architecture, User, Role and Permission Management (RBAC / ABAC), creating permission concepts, Role Mining / Role Governance, Application Access Governance (e.g. for SAP, S/4 HANA), Data Access Governance (e.g. for Teams, SharePoint, MS 365), Cloud Privileged Access Management (e.g. for AWS, MS Azure, Salesforce etc.)
• Very good knowledge of NEXIS (at least expert level)
• Ability to integrate and willingness to take responsibility
• Convincing presence in one-on-one conversations and presentations
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to learn new technologies
