The District Court Hinwil, with its approximately 40 employees and around 3,000 cases annually, is a medium-sized court of first instance for civil and criminal matters in Zurich. To strengthen our administrative office, we are looking for an
ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY (fixed-term until the end of March 2027) (100%)
Your area of responsibility
- You schedule court hearings, independently arrange the related appointments, and manage our electronic calendar (Outlook).
- You record new cases in the case management system and create the corresponding case files.
- You prepare and send summonses to the parties involved in the proceedings.
- You archive the case files in summary proceedings.
- You assist with operating our telephone switchboard and front desk as needed and serve as the first point of contact for parties and legal seekers.
- You deputise for your colleagues within the administrative office and perform other general secretarial duties.
Your profile
- You demonstrate good organisational skills as well as precise, reliable, and efficient working methods.
- You always keep an overview and are accustomed to working independently.
- You have good IT user skills (MS Office tools).
- You are reliable, flexible, and willing to take on new tasks.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have several years of professional experience in the commercial field.
