Help shape the future of urban living spaces with us – we are looking for you as a Project Manager in the Real Estate Development Team immediately or by arrangement. Your workplace is our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon.
At Implenia, you develop real estate projects with the aim of meeting the return profile of our investors, combined with high urban planning and architectural quality. In this key role, you take overall responsibility for our projects in the German-speaking part of Switzerland: You support the Transaction Team in identifying and evaluating development opportunities, take on product definition and lead the planning team up to construction readiness, a legally binding building permit and signing of the TUWV.
Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the development of demanding real estate projects from acquisition to construction readiness
- Identification and evaluation of development opportunities as well as participation in purchase and sales processes
- Definition of marketable usage concepts considering location, target groups and economic viability
- Responsibility for monitoring the economic performance of the projects (revenue areas, target costs, return requirements)
- Management of all internal and external project participants
- Identification and involvement of all stakeholders as well as careful management of approval processes up to legally binding building permits
- Comprehensive contract and change order management
- Identification and application of industrialised construction with our specialised teams
- Proactive support in the due diligence of appropriate AI tools for use in the Real Estate Development Team
Why you will succeed
- Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning or real estate management
- Several years of experience in developing complex real estate projects
- Experience dealing with investors, authorities and other stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of Swiss building law, SIA standards and real estate valuation
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive attitude and strong commitment to the position
- Ability to deliver results under deadline pressure, handle complex situations and work solution-oriented
- Strong and confident communicator for collaboration with internal teams and operational partners. Ability to present convincingly to the investment committee and other stakeholders
- Fluent German skills, English advantageous
