Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for kitchen operations at Meisser Resort (Hotel, Romantica and Lodge)
- Leadership, scheduling and motivation of the kitchen team
- Menu and offer design taking into account seasonality and cost-effectiveness
- Ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Ordering goods, inventory management and cost control
Your profile:
- Completed training as a cook, ideally with further education
- Several years of experience in a leading kitchen position
- Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Creativity, quality awareness and resilience
- Knowledge of Italian or English is an advantage
