• 40-hour week, 5 weeks vacation plus up to 2 additional weeks purchasable

• Consulting entrepreneurs and startups

• Further development of processes, standards, and working methods

• Qualification as a fiduciary specialist, finance and accounting or comparable

• Several years of experience in fiduciary services as well as leadership experience or clear motivation for a leadership role

• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of responsibility

• Structured, independent, and reliable working style

• Openness to new working methods and AI tools

• Languages German and fluent English

Start: By arrangement

Location: Winterthur or Zurich, home office possible

Workload: 80%–100%
