For a modern general practice in Zurich, I am looking for a committed female or male doctor who is keen to rethink general practice medicine in a new and uncomplicated way.

I am myself a young general practitioner and want to build a practice where people enjoy working: with short distances, a lot of personal responsibility and without unnecessary bureaucracy.

What makes us special

Decisions are made directly on site with us. If a process does not work, we change it. If a digital solution reduces work, we use it. If AI can support sensibly, we implement it. The goal is a practice where doctors have as much time as possible for medicine and as little time as possible for unnecessary administration.

The practice is consistently digitally organised and is in development. This also means: those who work with us can actively help shape processes, structures and the future direction.

What to expect

Tasks

• Independent general medical care of our patients
• Broad spectrum of General Internal Medicine
• Prevention, check-ups and care of chronically ill patients
• Long-term and personal patient care
• Co-design of practice workflows and medical processes
• Active participation in building a modern, digital practice
• Use of digital tools and AI to simplify documentation and administration

We expect

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine or General Practitioner
• Enjoyment of modern, outpatient general practice medicine
• Independent and structured working style
• Openness to digitalisation, new technologies and AI
• Initiative and willingness to critically question existing processes
• Team spirit, uncomplicated communication and enjoyment in shaping things
• Patient-oriented and empathetic working style
