The outstanding 5-star ski, bike and hiking area in Graubünden is looking for you from 1 July or by arrangement as:

Sales & Information Staff

80-100% workload, for Arosa Lenzerheide (workplace Arosa)

Your tasks:

• Supporting the team leader with billing towards partners
• Assisting in the control and processing of daily sales closures of the sales points
• Ensuring smooth seasonal operations (cash register accounting, problem handling, etc.)
• Contact person on site for guest needs and special cases at the information desk as well as working in sales at the cash register
• Assisting with programming tariffs in the Skidata access system

You bring with you:

• Completed vocational training (commercial or sales training with further education in business administration)
• Enjoyment in dealing with guests as well as pronounced customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Confident German and English in spoken and written form, additional languages an advantage
• Precise working method and accustomed to working independently
• Very good Microsoft365 skills as well as knowledge of Skidata, Numbirds and Zendesk an advantage
• Flexibility, endurance and reliability as well as willingness to work weekends and occasional evening shifts
• Passion for mountain and snow sports and enjoyment of seasonal operations
