- Ensuring a smooth ordering process including creation, verification, and provision of all relevant documents
- Coordination and monitoring of the entire transport chain in cooperation with external logistics and freight partners
- Optimising product availability and stock levels according to economic criteria and ensuring an efficient material flow
- Checking and processing supplier and transport invoices as well as coordinating the corresponding payment processes with the finance department
- Professional experience as an operational buyer (m/f)
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Good handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- Enjoys communication and is a team-oriented personality

- Optimising product availability and stock levels according to economic criteria and ensuring an efficient material flow
- Checking and processing supplier and transport invoices as well as coordinating the corresponding payment processes with the finance department
Profile
- Commercial basic training or technical basic training with commercial further education- Professional experience as an operational buyer (m/f)
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Good handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- Enjoys communication and is a team-oriented personality
