- Processing delivery notes with the A3 software (industry software)
- Performing and ensuring invoicing in A3
- Telephone customer contact for questions about invoices
- Close cooperation with the sales department (addresses/conditions)
- Ongoing maintenance of master data
- Collaboration with cross-location departments
- Substitution of team members and customer support

- Completed commercial training, ideally with professional experience in sales/invoicing
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage
- Solid user knowledge of the MS Office suite, knowledge of A3 and SAP is an advantage
