Tasks:
- designs and implements individual psychological, educational, and therapeutic interventions primarily operating in an individualized and/or small group setting
- maintains contact with families according to the methods established in the overall program
- seeks situations useful for implementing the external socialization program, in activity groups or in external classes to facilitate the integration of the children entrusted to him/her
- accompanies the child and the family at the time of discharge implementing a post-care intervention where deemed useful, or collaborating on the possible transfer of the case to the SMP or other situations
- participates as a team in decisions regarding new admissions and collaborates in the development of the therapeutic intervention plan
- organizes synthesis meetings, supervision of educational, therapeutic, and pedagogical work, and coordinates relationships with other specialists, interventions, and collaboration with other services, schools, or institutions
- organizes the internal work of the Service, carrying out administrative practices with other entities with which a collaboration is established
- is responsible for the internal training of staff and, depending on the needs of the Service, performs tasks related to his/her specific training as a psychologist
Requirements:
- diploma or license in psychology or bachelor+master obtained at a Swiss university or, if obtained at a foreign university, federal recognition of the diploma issued by the Commission of Psychological Professions PsiCo (pursuant to Articles 2 and 3 of the Federal Law on Psychological Professions (LPPsi))
- authorization in the Canton of Ticino to practice as a psychotherapist
- several years of clinical experience in the field of child psychopathology
- dynamic and proactive personality, adaptability, empathy, relational skills, attitudes, and competencies in leading teams and group work
- knowledge of the territory, institutions, and the social health network of the Canton of Ticino may be a preferential title
- perfect knowledge of the Italian language

- candidates who do not yet have authorization in the Canton of Ticino to practice as a psychotherapist are granted 6 months from the appointment decision to obtain it. Failure to obtain the psychotherapist authorization within 6 months from the appointment decision will result in automatic expiration. The actual start of the selected candidate's activity is subject to obtaining the authorization in the Canton of Ticino to practice as a psychotherapist

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: those provided for by the Law on the Organization of State Employees and Teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any legal modification concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
