Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with 5-Axis Machining Centres

Tasks

Technically assess new parts
Define suitable manufacturing processes
Program machining centres and machine tools
Independently manufacture workpieces on 5-axis centres
Inspect machined parts and document measurement results

Requirements

Apprenticeship as a polymechanic with professional experience
Experience with programming, setup and operation of 5-axis milling/turning centres is an advantage
Knowledge of ISO programming with Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc or NUM is desirable
Good oral and written German skills
Confident handling of modern IT tools
