As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a:
Head of Hostel (100%) - 10-month Fixed-term Contract
Location: Chavannes-près-Renens
Start date: 1st September 2026
Salary scale: 10 (this scale applies with validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at scale -1)
What you bring to our mission:
You manage the hostels under your responsibility by ensuring team management, coordination of activities, quality of services provided to beneficiaries, as well as the overall smooth running of the sites.

Your key missions:
You manage two hostels, plan and organise activities
You manage human resources and the budget
You ensure the smooth running of the hostels and activities related to beneficiaries as well as services
You represent the hostels and the establishment with various internal and external partners, including local authorities
You implement and monitor compliance with the standards, operating rules and procedures of the hostel
Your key skills:

Respect for legal standards, internal procedures and confidentiality
Resistance to stress, energy and tenacity
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the role
Certified training in management
Minimum 7 years’ experience in one or more supervised functions, including some in team and project management
Strong interest in the field of migration
