About the job

The Echaud Foundation welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognised severe cerebral palsy, often accompanied by various additional disorders and impairments. To complement the educational teams of our Cugy residential centre, we are looking for immediately or by agreement the following:

ES, HES Educators between 70% and 90%

The Position:

• Work within an educational team composed of people from different training backgrounds.
• Provide daily support, including weekends on a rota basis, to five beneficiaries individually and collectively, to ensure their comfort and quality of life.
• Administer delegated medical-technical care related to the level of training, under the responsibility of the head nurse.
• Collaborate with the health service, therapists, workshops and other services of the institution.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor the educational projects and therapeutic programmes of the beneficiaries.
• Organise leisure activities, outings, camps and external activities with the beneficiaries.
• Participate in educational conferences including cross-sector networks.
• Collaborate with families, legal representatives, and various specialists.
• Manage administrative tasks related to residents and the educational team.

The Profile:

• HES or ES diploma in social education with a commitment to enriching beneficiary support through diversity and complementary career paths.
• Interest in multiple disabilities and hygiene and comfort care.
• Ease in teamwork, organisation and reliability.
• Good computer skills.
• Driving licence is an advantage.
