Automation Technician with Software Support and Interface Integration
Tasks
- Software support for service, sales and project management in workflow and system software adjustments
- Integration and maintenance of communication interfaces such as Profinet, Ethernet IP and Powerlink
- Creation and maintenance of documentation on PLC adjustments and software functions
- Conducting training sessions and commissioning both domestically and abroad
- Handling customer complaints in the service tool and supporting the internal service team
Requirements
- Completed technical training, for example as an automation technician or electrical fitter
- Basic knowledge or interest in programming and software support
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style combined with a high awareness of quality
- Flexibility, initiative and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external partners
